Thomas McElfresh Completion Fund

This scholarship was established in April 2022 to advance education to students who attend, or are planning to attend, Sinclair College. Awardees are selected by the MHAS Department committee. This committee is headed by the Department Chair and includes a representative on behalf of Thomas McElfresh.

Qualified students must meet the following:

• Enrolled full- or part-time in the Mental Health and Addiction Services Program
• Completed 30 credit hours
• Have completed or enrolled in Group Dynamics course

Awardees are selected by the MHAS Department committee. This committee is headed by the Department Chair and includes a representative on behalf of Thomas McElfresh.

NOTE: This scholarship can only be applied towards tuition, Sinclair Bookstore, or fee charges after Pell Grant and/or other scholarships have fully applied. Any excess remaining will be issued to the student.
