Hope for Healing Scholarship

FHE Health Rehabilitation Center is offering a $5,000 award to college students.This annual $5,000 award goes to (1) one graduate and (1) one undergraduate student in the fields of mental and behavioral health, psychology, nursing, and/or addiction medicine.

Eligibility:

• Students must maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA in college to qualify. Students who have not attended college yet must maintain a minimum 3.5 high school GPA.
  Applicants must be current or prospective students enrolled full-time at an accredited U.S. university.
  Applicants must be undergraduate students enrolled in a degree program related to mental or behavioral health, Nursing, or addiction medicine

All applicants will be required to submit the following materials:

• High school or college transcripts
• Proof of current college enrollment or acceptance
• Documentation of course of study
• A typed essay that describes why you are pursuing study in mental and behavioral health, nursing or addiction medicine, and what you want to contribute to the field
• A completed application form
