American Society for Quality Scholarship - Engineering, Quality Management, and Manufacturing Majors
The American Society for Quality (ASQ) Dayton is now accepting applications for the 2020 George Thielen Memorial Scholarship.
This scholarship honors the memory of George Thielen and his contributions to quality in the Dayton region. It is for undergraduate and graduate study of the theory and application of quality control, quality assurance, quality improvement, and total quality management.
Eligibility Requirements:
Students must be majoring in the Engineering, Statistics, Quality Management, or Computer Aided Manufacturing fields
Application Requirements:
• Transcript showing courses, titles, and grades with current cumulative GPA and total credit hours noted in the application form
• Two letters of recommendation
• Two required essays, as described on the application
