Pritchard Personal Injury Scholarship Contest - 250 Word Essay

There are a number of ways you can get hurt doing everyday things. Whether it’s falling on the job, slipping in icy or wet conditions, or even getting hurt playing your favorite sport, injuries happen. That’s why we want to hear from you about what you would do to bring more awareness of accidents that happen in your community.

Contest Details
Essay Prompt: Write about a common accident or injury that’s an issue in your community and then tell us about different ways or ideas to help bring awareness to these issues.

  • In 250-300 words, we want students to explain what they would do to make people in their communities more aware of common accidents that occur.
  • Whether it’s drivers going too fast or dangerous conditions somewhere in the area, we want to hear your best ideas to help people keep themselves safe.
  • Then, the best written and most compelling essay contest winner will be awarded $500 to put towards their college education.
