Marlene Flagel and Martin Spritzer Scholarship

Established in October 2008 by Marlene and Richard Flagel and their friends to recognize Marnie’s many years of service to Dayton and Montgomery County through her leadership at County Corp, and to assist students pursuing a degree at Sinclair.

To be eligible for this scholarship, students must meet the following:

• Minimum 3.0 GPA or as a new high school graduate, should have a high school GPA of 2.8. or better
• Mentorship: Marni is interested in mentoring awardees or students in need

This scholarship only pays out towards tuition, required book, or fee charges remaining AFTER Pell Grant/other grants have fully paid out.
