Pinmart Scholarship for a Cause

This scholarship is sponsored by Pinmart, Inc. which is a company in Elk Grove Village, Illinois that makes special order pins.

Scholarship Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be a high school senior or college undergraduate student that is a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.
• GPA (must be 2.50 or higher)
• Content of essay, including creativity, clarity of details and personal importance of at least 500 words, describing how you have brought awareness to a specific cause by honoring a loved one or because of your own unique experience, how you have succeeded to garner donations and, or, have brought awareness to your specified cause. Creativity within your essay submission is highly encouraged.
• Letters of Recommendation must be included as part of application
• Transcript must be included as part of application

Essay/Video/Activity Prompt: Applicants (you) must submit an essay of at least 500 words, describing how you have brought awareness to a specific cause by honoring a loved one or because of your own unique experience, how you have succeeded to garner donations and, or, have brought awareness to your specified cause. Creativity within your essay submission is highly encouraged.
Submissions should include details on your involvement as it relates to the specific awareness cause. For example: Why this cause and how did it affect you? How did you help raise awareness, raise funds, show support, lead a group, or contribute time?
