Accident Injury Survivor Scholarship - Video or Typed Essay

The law firm will award a scholarship to a college-bound student who is pursuing their education after an injury or debilitating condition.

To apply for the injury survivor scholarship, email these materials to scholarship@justcallmoe.com by the application deadline:

• Your full name
• An essay answering the following prompt: How has an injury or debilitating condition impacted you? How has it affected your ability to attend and pay for college?
• Your email, phone number and mailing address
• Any supporting material you’d like us to consider, like transcripts, your community record, recommendations or test scores. You can send anything you’d like us to know or consider
• Name of the college you plan to attend, your program of study and your enrollment date
• The name of your high school and graduation date (or anticipated graduation date)
• For applicants under 18, a signed statement from your parent or guardian allowing you to apply
