Sciencesy's Annual Scholarship

Sciencesy.com is offering a $500 scholarship to a student who writes an original science-related article.

Eligibility Requirements:

You must be 18 years old or older.
You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA currently.
You must be a citizen or lawful resident of the United States.
You must be able to verify enrollment and you must have an active university email address.
Your institution must be accredited & listed on the official website of the U.S. Dept. of Education.

Follow These Steps to Apply
Write an essay of a minimum of 1200 words on any science-related topic you’d like. From anthropology or astronomy to zymurgy or zoology, the range of science-related choices for you is vast. The more creative you are with your topic choice, the better!
Post your original article online – This can be a student blog on your university website or your own blog or website.
Include at least 4 links within your article citing authoritative sources that support the main points you make in your article, and be sure to include one to Sciencesy.com too.

Your full name
Your university email address
The title of your article
The URL of your published article

We will notify the winner by December 15th and complete the award payment by January 1st of each year. We will pay the winner’s college or university directly. Click the “Visit” button to apply.
