Franklin Monroe Alumni Association Scholarship

The Franklin Monroe Alumni Association is offering a scholarship open to anyone in the graduating class of the 2020-21 academic year from Franklin Monroe High School who will be attending post-secondary education.

To qualify, students must:

• Be graduating high school in Spring or Summer 2020
• Students must maintain a 2.5 GPA or above

Applications must include a copy of the student’s current high school transcript. Students must also attach at least one written recommendation from either an educator, someone in the community (not a relative), or someone working in the student’s intended field of study. After submitting their application, candidates will be contacted at a later date for an interview. All award winners must be present at the 65th Annual Franklin Monroe Alumni Banquet to accept their scholarship.

Scholarship funds must be used within 12 months of when the alumni banquet is held.
