NAECON Scholarship Fund for Electronics Engineering

Established in memory of Louis L. Urban, past employee of Sinclair, in 1985 to promote the goals of NAECON and IEEE by helping worthy students in need of Financial Aid & Scholarship Committee to complete their undergraduate education at Sinclair.

To be eligible for this scholarship, students must meet the following:

  • Minimum 3.4 GPA
  • Enrolled in Electronics Engineering Technology
  • Second-year student
  • Financial need (tuition, book, or fee charges remaining after Pell Grant/other grants have fully paid out)
  • Member of IEEE (or become a member upon receipt of the scholarship award.)
  • First priority will go to full-time students

NOTE: Scholarship funds can be applied towards tuition, fees, and books/required supplies at the Sinclair Bookstore. Funds apply only to charges remaining AFTER Pell Grant/other grants and scholarships have fully applied.
