Maurice Jacobs Memorial Endowment for Math Students
Established in January 1992 by the family of Maurice Jacobs, former math professor at Sinclair, to honor his memory and his teaching excellence, and to provide assistance with education costs to Math and Engineering Major students currently enrolled in math courses.
To be eligible for this scholarship, students must meet the following:
- Minimum 2.5 GPA
- Completed 20 semester hours of (non-developmental) coursework
- Enrolled in the Calculus sequence (2270, 2280, 2290) or Tech Math 1280, 1290, 1295
- Enrolled in a Mathematics or Engineering program and currently taking math courses
- Award
- $100 or more
