Harlan Andrew Memorial Scholarship

Established in 1988 in honor of Inspector Harlan Andrew for students pursuing a Law Enforcement degree.

To be eligible for this scholarship, students must meet the following:

  • Minimum 2.0 GPA
  • Enrolled in a Law Enforcement program
  • Enrolled full-time
  • Montgomery County resident
