NBMBAA Scholarship for Entrepreneurship

The Dayton Chapter of the National Black MBA Association established this scholarship through the Sinclair Foundation in 2023 to help current and future entrepreneurs.

The ideal candidate for this scholarship will meet the following awarding preferences. Be sure to describe your qualities in your scholarship essay:

  • First preference is for students studying Entrepreneurship at Sinclair, or starting a business
  • Second preference is for members of Sinclair’s African-American Male Initiative (AAMI) or ACES (A Culturally Educated Sisterhood) student organizations
  • Third preference is for non-traditional students

This scholarship was created to help students pay for tuition and course fees remaining after Pell Grant or other scholarships. Any unused funds after tuition and course fees are paid can be used towards books at the Sinclair Bookstore website (sinclair.ecampus.com) during the Financial Aid Book Buy Dates.
