David Clevenger Memorial Scholarship

This award is for residents or graduates of an Ohio Correctional Institution. The scholarship was established in September 2007 by a bequest from the estate of David Clevenger. This scholarship can also be used towards supplies, childcare, transportation, and other living expenses.

To qualify, students must be either residents or graduates of an Ohio Correctional Institution who are enrolled, or planning to enroll, at Sinclair Community College. Additional preference will be given in the following order to residents/graduates of an Ohio Correctional Institution who:

• Students who are closest to release or parole (if applicable)
• Students enrolled in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts program
• Students with the highest GPA
