Elvis Kikuba Memorial Program Fund

The Elvis Kikuba Memorial Program Fund was endowed through the Sinclair Foundation to assist international students, especially immigrants from East Africa, with their tuition, fee, and book costs.

Students must meet specific characteristics in order to qualify to be considered for an award:

  • Students must not be citizens of the United States
  • First preference for an award will be given to Sinclair College students who come from either Uganda or the East Africa Region (Burundi, Comoros, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Kenya, Rwanda, Seychelles, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda)
  • If any funds remain after awarding students who meet the first preference, African students studying abroad in the United States at Sinclair College will be considered
  • If funds remain after the above students are awarded, consideration will also be given to other students served by the Sinclair College International Education Office

NOTE: Funds pay for tuition and fees here at Sinclair College. Any funds remaining after tuition and course fees are covered can be used towards books at the sinclair.ecampus.com Bookstore website during the Financial Aid Dates each semester. Scholarship funds are applied after any other scholarships or grants.
