Martha Laing Woodward Early Childhood Education Scholarship

Established in November 1995 by family and friends of Martha Laing Woodward, a former teacher, to honor her memory and to recognize special creativity in the teaching of young children, in students seek a degree in Child & Family Education.

To qualify for this scholarship, students must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Enrolled in a Child and Family Education program
  • Completed at least 11 semester hours in the department of Child and Family Education
  • Demonstrate a creative approach or attitude toward teaching young children
  • Financial need
