McCormick & Murphy, P.C. Distracted Driving Scholarship

According to the CDC, nine people in the United States are killed every day in crashes that are reported to involve a distracted driver. In addition, around 3,000 people die in drunk driving crashes every year. Distracted driving is anything that takes your attention away from driving. Checking a cellphone, sending a text message, or eating food or beverage are a few examples of distracted driving. These distractions have the potential to endanger you, your passengers, and innocent victims if there is an accident. Our experienced personal injury lawyers have seen the devastation that distracted drivers can cause. And we want to do everything that we can to stop it. In an effort to reduce the number of distracted driving accidents in the United States, the distracted driving lawyers at McCormick & Murphy, P.C. are holding a $500 scholarship contest where one lucky student will win.
