Futeral & Nelson, LLC Academic Scholarship

At Futeral & Nelson, we understand the value of and the opportunities that come from obtaining a college or graduate school degree. We offer this scholarship as a means for students to relieve the financial stress of pursuing their career goals. That is why we are committed to helping pay for a college or graduate degree with a $2,000.00 scholarship.

Who Can Apply?
This scholarship is open to any American citizen who:

• Is graduating from high school or undergraduate program;
• Is enrolled in at least 12 hours of courses in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited U.S. college, university, or ABA accredited law school; and
• Has a 3.0 GPA or higher.

STEP 1 – Complete the online application on this page and including your essay of not more than 1,000 words answering the following question:

Reflect on a time when you faced a significant challenge, setback, or failure. How did it affect you, and what did you learn from the experience? Furthermore, discuss how overcoming this challenge has shaped your goals for the future and how you believe it will contribute to your success in college and your chosen career field.

STEP 2 – After submitting your online application, email your highschool or undergraduate transcript (required), letters of recommendation (optional) and your resume (optional) to scholarship@charlestonlaw.net.

All materials must be received by 11:59 PM EST on May 31st of each year.
